⦁ All items can be copyright cleared by miramade for use as set dressing. This copyright
clearance must be requested and secured in a separate written document signed by miranda cristofani DBA miramade. (after which we agree to
include you as additional insured on our professional liability insurance policy).
UNLESS OTHERWISE EXPRESSLY AGREED TO IN WRITING SIGNED BY miramade AND RENTER, RENTER HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH ON THE ACCOMPANYING miramade RENTAL AGREEMENT.
By agreeing and proceeding to pay for your order of Art/props you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Renter hereby acknowledges that they have taken possession of all the art/props listed on this order estimate and shall examine and inspect all art/props rented hereunder to determine that the props are as described, safe and suitable for Renter’s intended use as set dressing. Such examination and inspection shall occur at the time of pickup or as soon as reasonable after pickup of the art/props and in any event before the first use of the art/props. Renter’s pick up of any art/props shall constitute an acknowledgement by renter that a thorough and complete inspection took place and all art/props are in good condition and safe.

⦁ The Order total represents rental charges for weeks stipulated apon making the order. Any charges for additional weeks/extended rentals not specified on order will be
listed and charged separately as an additional invoice associated with this Order number and will be due apon return of items.
⦁ All totals/prices on site /INVOICE reflect a 3% DISCOUNT for payment by CASH. Cash may be accepted in form of venmo, inquire at miramade@me.com for venmo info.
⦁ Accounts paying with a Credit/Debit Card will be INVOICED at the Rental Total as listed on this Order Estimate PLUS 3% of that total.
⦁ All payments must be provide at time of pick up or shipping. If there are additional rental weeks or L&D additional charges will be made at time of drop off.
⦁ All Accounnts are COD. If a Production Extended Rental Discount has been applied to this order, it is subject to the payment terms associated with the Discount. These include payment of the Extended Rental Invoice in full within payment terms, and no “credit” for early returns, among others. For

⦁ A representative of your Production must contact miramade to close out your Production and resolve any loss/ damage issues. Extended rental charges will accrue until your Production is closed out and all outstanding items and loss/damage issues are resolved. L&D resolution is at the discression of miramade and may result in the purchase of item lost or damaged.

Shipping . Delivery
Shipping is provided for items purchased only.
Shipping is via third party with a tracking number provided. Once item is purchased and shipped, miranda cristofani DBA miramade is not liable for any damage, delay in shipping or loss due to shipping.
If you change your original delivery or shipping method and you option to pick up, origional charge must be honored, there are no refunds for change in shipping or delivery service.
